While the UCS Working Group conducts its business using an open technical society model, access to the collaboration site must be restricted because of U.S. export regulations. The form on this page is used to collect the information necessary to process a request for access.

The access control workflow is outlined below. At each step, you will receive an email to let you know that your request is making progress.

Step 1: You submit the information using the online form below.

Step 2: You will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your credentials. All the information necessary to respond is in the email. You can access the collaboration site if you meet two conditions:

1. You are a U.S. citizen, have dual citizenship that includes the U.S., or are a resident alien. Applicants with dual citizenship or resident aliens are qualified on a case-by-case basis.
2. You represent a U.S.-based organization; a company, university, Government agency, etc.

Step 3: Follow the instructions provided to submit your credentials.

Step 4: If you meet the qualifications, your account is created, and you receive an email with the URL to the collaboration site and your account information. Otherwise, you receive an email to let you know there was a problem confirming your qualifications.
